1 Corinthians 15:58
Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord. KJV
Dear Brethren,

Isn't it great to know that what we do for the Lord has value! This is all because of the redeeming work of our Lord Jesus Christ. What an encouraging statement to help us keep on.

March was a blessing to my family since we were able to be with our home church for the month. We had not been back to the States for over two years, and we were longing to visit family and friends. I originally planned to go alone with the purpose of attending the yearly discipleship conference, but praise the Lord for family members and for our home church, who gave love offerings to help with the expenses. The time went by fast but was very refreshing. I was able to bring brother Alex Gordon and his wife Herlinda from Panama to the conference as well. He was able to present to our home church the work that we are doing in Colon. It was a good reminder that ordinary church members can have a great personal ministry which can affect many people's lives. I am excited that this mission in Colon, with Alex leading them, is growing and getting the gospel out and that the discipleship process is ongoing there. Brother Alex was a blessing during the conference, and they returned to Panama afterward.

I want to thank you for your kind prayers and for your support for the work the Lord is doing. We really appreciate it! Our prayer is that the Lord will recompense you generously. Please continue to pray for us.

In Christ Jesus,
Michael Lea and family
