KJVLuke 14:33 So likewise, whosoever he be of you that forsakethnot all that he hath, he cannot be my disciple.

Hello from Texcoco, Mexico. I hope this letter finds you blessed inyour labor for our Lord Jesus. We continue to wait for our paperworkfor Colombia to be finished, but in the mean time we are very busy inthe Lord!

Since our arrival in Texcoco on the 31st of August, the Lord has openedmany doors. There is a congregation here that contains some solidChristians to work with. I am currently discipling eight menthroughout the week, which is taking up most of my time. I am startingat ten in the morning and going until nine at night most days, but onTuesdays I teach until eleven. It is very rewarding developingrelationships and training men. I am overjoyed with the reaction ofthe men: they are expressing excitement about what they are learning. I am currently training mostly in evangelism. I look forward to seeingthem apply what they are learning. It will take them a little moretime to get to the point of reaching out to others, but I am building aproper foundation. Brother Lino Piedras is one of the men whom I amdiscipling. He is a man that has worked as a missionary in Honduras, but has come to realize the importance of church authority. Throughour classes, he came to understand that his baptism and ordination weredone without authority. He reminds me of Apollos of the Bible. Preparations are already being made for his baptism this comingSunday. Francisco Ilbeño is another disciple who has been trained in aHyles institute. He is very teachable and has a calling on his life. We are meeting every week day for two to three hours. I am alsodiscipling a young man named Juan Arellano who has a calling on hislife. He was weighing his options of going to an Bible Institute whenwe met and I offered to train him for free. We also meet for a coupleof hours daily. I have never had an opportunity to train so many atonce. I am thankful for your prayers! I know that the Lord hasopened a door among these people, and I anticipate that the Lord willraise up a pastor and that a church will be organized here.

Thank you for your financial and prayer support! May the Lord continueto richly bless you!

In Christ,
Michael Lea and family
